We have been offering full service blacktop and concrete products, services and solutions since 1991.  Our hard work and commitment to quality service paid off as we incorporated our business in 1994 as  Oakley Blacktop Inc.

We are a family owned and operated business with 17 employees dedicated to serving you.  We take pride on our level of commitment to customer service.
